Enterprise-grade contracts, mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and frictionless international wire invoicing (SWIFT, Wise, Payoneer) are handled as standard operational practice. Mutual NDAs are executed prior to sharing confidential system documents.

    We check technical feasibility, stack fit and scheduling capacity. You get a direct reply, not an automated sequence or sales pitch, with early feedback or follow-up questions.

  3. Step 03: Mutual NDA

    Only if needed

    If confidential data, proprietary code or internal documents need to be reviewed, we sign a mutual NDA before any of it is shared.

  4. Step 04: Discovery consultation

    30-minute video call

    A focused technical call covering system requirements, existing architecture, security constraints and integration targets.

  5. Step 05: Written architecture & proposal

    Within 5–7 business days

    A formal proposal with the proposed architecture, key deliverables, milestone timeline, risks and an exact fixed-price cost breakdown.

  6. Step 06: Agreement & onboarding

    Contract and access

    Once the contract is signed, we set up shared communication channels, code repository access and the environments the work will run in.

  7. Step 07: Kickoff & execution

    Weekly progress

    Work starts. You get weekly written progress reports and working builds to try at each milestone.
